The Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants condemned today the Israeli aggression on some points south of Damascus recently, describing it as a terrorist act.
In a statement, the ministry expressed Lebanon's permanent support for Syria in its response to the repeated Israeli attacks, which constitute a confirmation of Israel's aggressiveness and its interventionist policies in the affairs of countries in the region.
The Lebanese Foreign Ministry described the Israeli attack on Damascus International Airport and the disruption of work there as a “terrorist act” targeting vital facilities in Syria.
And our air defense media responded at dawn last Friday to an Israeli missile aggression that targeted some points south of the city of Damascus, and shot down most of the hostile missiles.
The Israeli aggression resulted in the injury of a civilian and the infliction of some material losses.
