With 550 candidates presented throughout the territory, including Éric Zemmour himself in the 4th constituency of Var, his faithful supporters of the presidential campaign like Stanislas Rigault or Guillaume Peltier, the very young political formation had seen large but struggled to materialize.

At the beginning of May, Nicolas Bay and Guillaume Peltier, vice-presidents of Reconquête!
at the helm of the campaign, deplored in a press release the refusal of the National Rally and the Republicans to seize their "outstretched hand" in the name of "love of France".
They still refused to present a candidate from their training "against Éric Ciotti (Les Républicains), Nicolas Dupont-Aignan (Debout la France) and Marine Le Pen (National Rally)".
