Emmanuel Macron's coalition, Together!, won the first round of the legislative elections by a short margin against the New People's, Ecologist and Social Alliance (Nupes), according to the results of the Ministry of the Interior.
The presidential majority obtained 25.75% of the votes (5,857,558 votes) against 25.66% for Nupes (5,836,116 ballots).

Abstention amounts to 52.49% and beats the previous record of 2017 (51.3%).
