The outgoing LR deputy from Vaucluse, Julien Aubert and his colleague from Yonne, Guillaume Larrivé, are both eliminated.
The first finishes in 4th place, behind the candidate of the presidential majority, Jean-François Lovisolo, the contender of the National Rally, Marie Thomas de Maleville, and that of Nupes, the ecologist Céline Celce.
The second, finished in third position, behind his opponent from Nupes Florence Loury and that of RN Daniel Grenon.

Two dashed hopes
The president of Oser la France, Julien Aubert, did not hide his ambition for the future: he had indicated in the columns of

"

According to initial estimates, Les Républicains would be significantly down on their 2017 results. The party chaired by Christian Jacob would finish in 4th position nationwide with only 15.5% of the vote at the end of the first round. .
