Cancellation at the PULS Open Air: "Staff did not show up" - fans express understanding

Shortly thereafter, the organizers announced more information in another post.

The organizer had been assured of sufficient staff through a service provider, "this staff did not show up." They tried hard to find a replacement - without success.

“Responded absolutely correctly.

It's a pity, but what can you do," was the feedback in the comments.

"Dear Puls Team, don't let the anger of the visitors get to you, it's not your fault," says another person positively.

“I don't understand the statements here and under the other post.

The service provider company did not send the required number of personnel.

Neither pulse nor anyone else can do anything about it.

Only the service company.

Puls certainly didn't twiddle his thumbs and then just cancel.

Of course, it's really a shame that it can't take place, but to say 'never again pulse' or something similar is nonsense!" summarizes another user.
