The Quneitra Health Directorate put the Jubata al-Khashab and Mashara health centers in service after rehabilitating the damage they sustained as a result of terrorism, in cooperation with the Quneitra Governorate and the United Nations Development Program “UNDP”.
Quneitra Governor Abdel Halim Khalil said in a statement to the media that the two health centers are helping to improve the health services provided in the region, benefiting more than 20,000 people, noting that work is currently being done to rehabilitate other health centers to put them into service soon.
In turn, the Director of Health, Dr. Awad Al-Ali, indicated that the two centers include primary health care services, the laboratory, the dental clinic and public health, indicating that the two centers have been provided with the necessary medical equipment and work is being done to provide them with medical staff.
The residents expressed their satisfaction with the status of the two centers in service, which eases the burden of movement to receive health services in other regions, noting the government's efforts to improve the health situation in the region.
