Sad certainty: Italian search party finds missing helicopter completely burned out

After a two-day search, an Italian rescue team found the missing helicopter.
The helpers could only determine the death of all passengers.
Emilia-Romagna – All seven occupants of the helicopter, which Italian rescue workers have been searching for since Thursday, June 9, are apparently dead. This sad certainty was brought by the discovery of the wreck on Saturday (June 11), in the Italian region of Emilia -Romagna was based near the border with Tuscany.

The helicopter, which took off Thursday at 9.30am from Capannori Tassignano Airport in the Italian province of Lucca, near the Mediterranean Sea, bound for Treviso, Veneto, had disappeared from radar during the day.
As the Italian newspaper
La Repubblica
reports, on board were the experienced pilot Corrado Levorin (33), as well as the Turkish and Lebanese citizens Kenar Serhat, Cez Arif, Ilker Ucak, Erbilaltug Bulent, Chadi Kreidy and Tarek El Tayak.
As the newspaper further summarizes, the two-day, large-scale search operation ran under high pressure.
The Air Force, the Alpine Rescue, the Guardia di Finanza, the Carabinieri of Castelnuovo Monti, as well as drones and search dogs were involved.
The Turkish embassy in Rome and the consulate followed the rescue efforts in close contact with the Italian authorities.
Modena Prefect Alessandra Camporota personally received a Turkish delegation led by Ambassador Omer Gucuk and Lebanese Ambassador Mira Vom, who had traveled to support the rescue effort.

In the meantime, the team has been able to locate the missing helicopter.
As the mountain rescue service Corpo Nazionale Soccorso Alpino e Speleologico (CNSAS) announced on Saturday at 12:27 p.m. via Twitter, "the position of the missing helicopter on Monte Cusna" had been located.
"Rescue workers from various organizations are on site," said the rescue service.
"We found everything burned there," said a member of the Air Force, also via Twitter.
According to La Repubblica
, the helicopter crashed into the Lama stream at the Passo degli Scaloni, 1922 meters above sea level, two kilometers from the Segheria hut, in
the difficult to walk on, now closed terrain of the Cusna, the summit of Reggio Emilia .
It has not yet been clarified how the accident could have happened.
The Lucca public prosecutor is investigating negligent causation of a disaster, and the National Flight Safety Agency has already announced that it will also have investigators examine the scene of the accident.
