Following the example of fellow influencers Chiara Ferragni and Charli d'Amelio, Addison Rae is speaking out about her skin issues.
The TikTok star unveiled her unfiltered acne on the social network, where she is followed by some 87 million subscribers.

In this video filmed from the front in a car, the 21-year-old appears without makeup and zooms in on her cheeks covered in red pimples, while pouting.
“I haven't been in my best shape lately, but I decide to be happy with my skin even if I wish it were different,” she wrote in the caption of her post.
The honest demonstration was praised by her fans in the comments posted below the video.
"I love it when influencers show reality," wrote one;

"You help so many people, Addison," it also read.

The creator of the ITEM Beauty cosmetics brand had already openly mentioned these "imperfections" that had recently appeared on her face.
“Unfortunately, my skin has behaved differently than usual over the past two years.
I always had clear skin and didn't do much to maintain it.
Since I moved to Los Angeles and got a little older, my skin has changed so much,” she revealed in an interview with
Byrdie
magazine a few months ago.
"I have cystic acne and breakouts around my period, so now I have to do a lot more [to maintain it]."
This did not prevent Addison Rae from continuing to show her natural skin on the Web.
In February 2022, the beauty influencer appeared with her buttons before a makeup session in a video that has accumulated nearly 50 million views to date, to the virtual applause of Internet users.
