Eli Ben Meir, a resident of Modi'in, serves as Vice President and Head of the Intelligence, Cyber and Space Administration at Rafael. In his role, he has led complex organizational processes while managing hundreds of professionals. Head of the Research Division in the Intelligence Corps and also served as Chief Intelligence Officer in the IDF, alongside a number of professional and operational officer positions in the Intelligence Corps.
Ben Meir is a graduate of Bar-Ilan University, where he graduated with honors with a bachelor's degree in logistics and economics, as well as a bachelor's and master's degree in law.
Amidar, the national housing company in Israel, manages about 38,000 public housing units throughout the country, along with about 60 sheltered housing and dozens of housing files for the Ministry of Absorption. In addition, the company manages the Development Authority's assets for the Israel Land Authority Public across the country.
