The government sealed off King Man House, Ho Man Tin Estate, Kowloon City from 5:00 pm yesterday, and the mandatory testing operation has been completed at about 7:30 am so far.

Failure to comply with a mandatory testing order or a restraining and testing declaration commits an offence and is punishable by a fine at level 5 ($50,000) and imprisonment for six months.
