First Deputy Chairman of the International Committee of the Russian Federation Council Vladimir Jabarov considered that the Polish statements about the possibility of transferring nuclear weapons to Ukraine go beyond reality and indicate a mental disorder.

He does not understand what nuclear weapons are in Ukraine.. He may think that Poland will stand by Parliament.” It is difficult to explain how a high-ranking diplomat in the past could have uttered such words.”
