Rodrigo Chaves: Costa Rica needs money to prevent migrants from seeking to move

The president of Costa Rica, Rodrigo Chaves, said that during his participation in the Summit of the Americas he requested financial resources so that his country can pay for the stay of migrants, who mostly arrive as political refugees, and thus prevent them from moving to other countries, such as the United States.
