Cheaper than the competition: TIER electric scooter giant enters Israel Israel today

TIER The micro-mobility company that operates over 300,000 cooperative scooters, bicycles and electric scooters around the world, will join four cooperative scooter companies that are already active in Israel - DOTT, WIND, LIME, BIRD.

The company will offer a sign-up offer which includes two free lock openings as well as a 20-minute free ride.

To receive the benefit, users must download the TIER app for iOS or Android, sign up for the service and enter the code HELLOTLV2022.

The promotion will be valid until October 1st.

Opening the scooter will cost NIS 2, and each additional minute of use will cost NIS 0.8.

Thus, a 12-minute ride on electric scooters TIER (the average riding time on cooperative electric scooters in Tel Aviv) will cost 11.6 shekels, cheaper than the competition.

TIER also offers the option to purchase a monthly and unlimited lock opening for NIS 19, as well as the option to purchase a free daily ticket of NIS 40 that includes a 150-minute drive and unlimited lock opening - giving riders more value for money.

The scooters include indicator lights, shock absorbers, a large front wheel, a phone holder for easy navigation, triangular brakes and double legs for a stable position of the scooter.

TIER's tools have another unique feature and is a helmet storage device with a folding helmet - a black box attached to a handlebar that opens directly through the TIER app.

Meanwhile, TIER's electric scooters are equipped with a system of replaceable batteries, which are charged worldwide thanks to a fleet of bicycles and electric vans, which transfers the heaviest repairs and maintenance to the warehouse.

Thus there is no need to move scooters every night for charging, which saves 40% on CO2 emissions compared to models without replaceable batteries.

This revolutionary operating model has contributed significantly to the fact that TIER has become a 100% climate neutral company since 2020.

TIER was founded in 2018, and following the recent acquisitions of Europe's biggest bike player Nextbike and micro-mobility operator Spin, it now serves more than 530 cities in 32 countries.
