Researcher Ismail, a graduate of the Faculty of Education, specializing in (class teacher), explained in her speech to the SANA Youth Bulletin that the magnetic abacus device contains sensory, visual, tactile and kinesthetic indicators that help build mental processes and develop language skills, perception, attention, memorization and memory, which have a major role in stabilizing sports information for people with disabilities. The program aims to teach children to master the language of mathematics as a readable, written and audible language from the age of 4 years to the age of 17 years and distinguish between developmental defects and educational or academic defects.

The researcher confirmed that she began preparing her research 7 years ago and worked to obtain the patent 4 years ago, during which she followed many educational and self-development courses in a lot of knowledge. Amended the arrangement of the educational material to suit the outstanding children with disabilities, which contributes to the development of their abilities and raises them to the highest level of investment during advanced ages by developing the right side of the brain on which children from two to eight years depend.

She said: My research includes a magnetic abacus, a teacher's guide, notes or introductory sessions, and an evaluation card accompanying the trainer who works with the child to monitor the changes that have occurred in him from several sides through an ascending or descending graph so that the mother carries a complete identification card for the doctor that contributes to the treatment of her child.

She also explained that she started with the first stage, which is called pre-counting at the age of one, eight months, and even four years to determine the developmental development of children, knowing that her research relied on both the theoretical and the practical, so that the visually impaired could dispense with Braille and use the magnetic abacus to master the language of mathematics as his natural peers.

As for the abacus, it is very easy, she said, as it does not depend on electricity, charging or the battery because it is a synergistic sensory-motor-visual movement. The first Syrian team from Al-Baath University was trained on research and the abacus to be followed by training teams from several regions in Tartous, Baniyas and Kassab.

Ismail confirmed that obtaining intellectual property protection from the Ministry of Culture and a patent from the Ministry of Internal Trade prompted her to develop her educational research in the service of the community and its children. And converting the thread into an art material, which is exclusively for children of Down.

At the conclusion of her speech, the researcher hoped that the patent she obtained for the magnetic abacus would receive attention and the hand that nurtures it, and that it will be applied in the educational field, especially resource rooms, because it refines the performance of teachers.
