Victims of Agatha's passage ask the authorities for help

Two weeks have passed since the devastating passage of Hurricane Agatha through the Mexican state of Oaxaca, in the south of the country.

But now there are doubts among some sectors about how financial support will reach those affected, after the government dissolved the trust fund designed to help those who lose everything in natural disasters.
