After more than a month of deliberation, the court of Senlis rendered its decision in a minor corruption case judged on May 2.
The three defendants, two women and a man, were given suspended sentences ranging from five to ten months in prison.
A probationary sentence for a woman from La Chapelle-en-Serval and her brother who will have to undergo psychological care and are prohibited from carrying out any activity related to minors for three years.
A ban also pronounced for the second wife, but for a period of one year.
All three were part of a Messenger group called “gang bang”, where the various participants wore very explicit pseudonyms such as “I put on everything that moves”, “SOS handjob” or even “food my ch…”.
The exchanges of messages and photos were most often below the belt but on some videos, the presence of children is proven and created a feeling of unease.
Social services particularly concerned
On one of the videos covered by the procedure, a man drunk, "having fun", sex in hand, doing "helicopter" or "Zobi the fly", in the presence of a 13-year-old child years in the midst of adults laughing heartily at this heartbreaking spectacle.
In another video, adults seem to be laughing a lot at a naked 3-year-old child simulating masturbation and sniffing a 6-year-old's buttocks.
It is precisely the mother of this little girl who will alert the gendarmerie when she discovers, horrified, this video and the deleterious climate of this Facebook group.
The behavior of these three adults had serious repercussions for the children who witnessed these scenes, with social services being particularly worried about the 3-year-old boy, whose mother is one of the three defendants.
The three adults will have to compensate their young victims up to 7200 euros, to be shared, and all three will be registered in the File of perpetrators of sexual or violent offenses (Fijais).
