This week, restaurateur Udi Romanovsky bought the largest blue tuna ever caught in Israel.

This is a fish weighing 210 kg and about two meters long. In a conversation with "Israel Today" he tells us how many mouths he will be able to feed thanks to the huge fish and also how much we will pay for one portion.

"I bought this huge fish from our fish supplier and it is indeed a huge fish, it is difficult to explain how big it is," says Romanovsky, adding: "I have two restaurants where I serve sushi and sashimi, and this fish will provide food for about 800 people at once."

How many days is this fish enough for?

"All the meat of the fish is enough for up to 3 days, after which it is no longer used," says Romanovsky.

"In any case, I will release the fish today after it is photographed, and then about 150 kg of meat will remain for my two restaurants." "By the way," he adds. Which is the best dish in tuna. "

And how much does the pleasure cost?

"A portion costs me between NIS 30-45," Romanovsky notes.

"This is an equal price for everyone. I invite everyone to eat this huge tuna at my two restaurants Nini Cho - Petah Tikva and Nini Hachi - Tel Aviv. The restaurants are kosher so the whole public can come."
