Shahba Club in Sweida has opened summer centers with nine games for young age groups that attract more than 300 male and female players.
Club president Ghassan al-Taweel told SANA reporter that the opening centers include volleyball, gymnastics, football, karate, athletics, muay thai, kickboxing, kung fu and parkour, provided that new centers will be opened for basketball, chess, and football for women during the coming period.
Al-Taweel pointed out the importance of these centers in unloading the energies of their affiliates by playing sports, discovering their talents and working to refine them in order to benefit from the distinguished among them in developing the club's sport and advancing it for the better.
Shahba Club is the second largest club in As-Suwayda Governorate, and the number of its members is about 2,200 athletes.
