Dimirti Medevdev is considered a close confidant of Vladimir Putin.

In the context of the Ukraine war, the former Russian President has once again spoken out harshly against Ukraine.

Moscow – For a long time, Dimirti Medevdev's theories on Ukraine have received little attention.

The outside world viewed Vladimir Putin's close confidante as one of the sensible ones in the Kremlin's high circles of power.

Lately, however, the former president of Russia has frequently expressed radical ideas in relation to Ukraine, and has thus increasingly come under the spotlight of the media.

On the social media platform Telegram, he repeatedly called for the annihilation of Ukraine as a nation in the context of the Ukraine conflict.

Dmitry Medvedev recently wrote: "People often ask me why my telegram posts are so harsh.

The answer is that I hate her.

They are bastards and scum.

They want death for us, for Russia.

And as long as I'm alive, I'll do whatever it takes to make them go away."

Medvedev also recently made an offer to German citizens via the Telegram platform: "Germans who criticize Olaf Scholz or the federal government" would be given preferential entry to Russia in the future.

They want to relax the entry regulations for this.

A new Telegram post by Medvedev as a result of the Ukraine war is making headlines again, including on the US news and opinion website The Daily Beast.

The former Russian president is said to have written that Ukraine may not “exist on the world map” in two years.

Dimitri Medvedev warns against attacks on western cities in the Ukraine war

As reported by The Daily Beast, Medvedev's contribution should refer to the fact that Ukraine is pursuing a plan for gas imports with western allies.

He therefore turned to Kyiv and asked the question: "Who said that in two years Ukraine will even exist on the world map?"

Medvedev also reportedly warned that if Ukraine used US-supplied missiles to attack Russia, Moscow would attack cities in the west.

The 56-year-old was Russia's president from 2008 to 2012 after Putin was forced to step down due to term limits, and is currently the deputy chairman of Russia's Security Council.
