Scenes ready for film took place on Sunday afternoon on the B 304 near Vaterstetten (Ebersberg district) - because two drivers were not green at all.

According to the police, a group of motorcyclists were annoyed on Sunday afternoon that the driver of a silver-colored Audi in front of them did not set a turn signal when he turned left from Möschenfelder Straße onto the B304 in Vaterstetten.

Because the motorcyclists assumed that the car was going straight ahead, a passenger in the group was cut by him.

According to the officials, another member of the biker group, a 59-year-old from Munich, did not want to let it go.

He tried to make the Audi driver, a 32-year-old from the Ebersberg district, aware of his mistake.

“It was the motorcyclist who overtook the car first, despite the solid line.

The Audi driver then pulled past the motorcyclist, also in the area of ​​a solid line," is how the investigators describe the further course of events.

Immediately after cutting in, the Audi braked so hard that the motorcyclist had to initiate emergency braking.

The motorcyclist wanted to express his displeasure again and overtook the Audi again.

According to the police, the Audi briefly pulled to the left during the overtaking process, so that it touched the red Honda Goldwing of the 59-year-old from Munich with its left vehicle front in the rear area of ​​the motorcycle.

The motorcyclist tried to avoid a fall with an evasive maneuver across the green strip on the left side of the road, which he also succeeded in doing.

Since, according to the officials, there was fortunately no oncoming traffic at that moment, the motorcyclist only sustained minor injuries as a result of the evasion.

He complained of pain in his hand and leg.

The cause of the investigators suspect in an attempt to prevent a fall.

Investigations against both parties involved: Several criminal offenses and administrative offenses in the room

There was only minor body damage to the motorcycle and car.

In order to record the dispute and the accident, one lane of the main road had to be closed for about 45 minutes by the Vaterstetten fire brigade.

As a result, there was a significant backlog in both directions.
