Rarely: An appeal was filed against the closure of the case against Eyal Golan
According to a publication in News 13, two of the complainants against the singer filed an appeal with the State Attorney's Office approving the closure of the case against him and other people involved in the sex affair more than 8 years ago.
The appeal alleges that potential suspects were not questioned and that they did not investigate in depth how much drugs and alcohol were given to the complainants by Golan and his friends.

Eight years after the case against Eyal Golan and other people involved was closed, the attorneys representing two of the complainants filed an appeal against the closure of the case, Aviad Glickman published today (Wednesday) in News 13.
The appeal, rarely filed by attorneys Galia Shmilovich, Leah Miller Forstadt Oshrat Kirma, from the law firm SGF Shmilovich Greengard Forstadt, was made possible following a special permit from the State Attorney's Office alleging numerous failures by the police and the State Attorney's Office in investigating the case in 2013.

The complainants themselves have no money for legal proceedings and are seeking mass funding.

Another key point that comes up in the appeal is the issue of drugs and alcohol.
According to the appeal, during the investigation, police investigators underestimated their claims and did not investigate in depth the amounts of drugs and alcohol given to the complainants by Golan and his friends.
According to the lawyers, the complainants were not in control at all and were not aware of their actions, and therefore the offenses committed in them amount to hundreds of serious offenses including rape and serious sodomy.
It was further alleged in the appeal that Golan himself committed serious sexual offenses and was given a celeb assumption in his interrogation.
The appeal alleges that Golan, his father Danny Bitton, and the singer's associates used an entire mechanism to hunt down girls who adored Golan.
It was further alleged that Bitton and Golan's associates used the singer's name to bring the girls to various places on the pretext that Golan was there and when they arrived, they would drink them with alcohol and give them drugs and commit serious sexual offenses, all to Golan's knowledge.
The lawyers also refer to the new complaints filed by the complainants against the singer's relatives and the fact that they have new evidence in their hands.
Last week it was reported in News 13 that Golan has been questioned twice more by the police in recent weeks on suspicion of committing sexual offenses.
The suspicion that Golan was recently interrogated about is bringing a person into prostitution.
The police are focusing on the matter of the complainants' disagreement, and the fact that they were under the influence of alcohol and drugs, which could lead to more serious offenses.
It is estimated that Golan and his associates, who were also questioned again, will soon be confronted with the complainants.
As part of their investigation by the police, the singer's associates testified about events in which Golan was present, that the police suspect that the singer's presence allowed his associates to commit serious sexual offenses in their youth - while under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
At the same time, Golan's associates claimed in their interrogation that the acts were consensual.
Liam Productions reported last week: "We welcome the Israel Police's investigative efforts in order to investigate the truth in the case once and for all. There is no doubt that the attempt to make an artificial soul into the civil lawsuit will end in failure. Eyal cooperated fully with police investigators. ".
