The statutory monument "Tai Tam Tuk Raw Water Pumping Station Staff Dormitory Group" with a history of more than 100 years will be restored and revitalized into an ecological campus "Earth Campus", providing about 150 places for students aged 3 to 8 (preliminarily planned to be PN to K3 level) and is expected to be completed in 2028.
The staff quarters of Tai Tam Tuk Raw Water Pumping Station are included in the sixth phase of the Revitalizing Historic Buildings Partnership Scheme. The buildings have both Chinese and Western architectural features.

Renovation and revitalization works are the key projects of the sixth phase of the revitalization plan of the government's "Revitalization of Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme", which is expected to be completed in 2028.
The school buildings of Earth Campus will adopt the design principles of "minimal intervention" and "recovery", and retain the original appearance of the declared monuments.
"Earth Campus" is co-organized by Lifewire's Network of Care and Harbour School, a local international school that provides marine science courses and inclusive education.
Earth Campus is adjacent to Tai Tam Waterworks Heritage Trail, which is suitable for building public spaces. It also hosts leisure and cultural activities open to the public, including guided tours, nature-related activities, physical and mental health courses, and art and music activities.
The school building will have a water exhibition hall and guided tours
After the school building is completed, there will be a water exhibition hall to display the history of water supply in Hong Kong and the historical value of the staff quarters of the Tai Tam Tuk Raw Water Pumping Station.
In addition, the proposed new annex will have a viewing platform on the roof, allowing the public to view the entire façade and surrounding environment of the raw water pumping station, as well as providing space for public events and exhibitions.
After the completion of the project, the school will provide a guided tour to let the public understand the historical value of the staff quarters of Tai Tam Tuk Raw Water Pumping Station and the surrounding areas, as well as the revitalization process of its historical sites.
The project will also cooperate with NGOs to provide employment opportunities to disadvantaged families and marginalized youths.
