Sun worshipers can rejoice: the weather in Bavaria is becoming summery.

Weather expert Dominik Jung speaks of a "heat dome".

Update from June 15, 10:32 a.m .:

It’s getting hot in Free State.

Meteorologist Dominik Jung even considers 40 degrees possible in Germany.

"Especially the west, east and south will be hit hard." A heat dome or "heat dome" is moving over from France.

But the city of Nuremberg warns in a press release: "The health department points out that temperatures that are dangerous to health are expected to be reached as early as this week." The body reacts at 26 degrees with increased sweating and circulatory disorders.

"When the heat warning value of the German Weather Service is reached (several days over 32 degrees) there can be an acute danger to life.

More than 30 degrees is predicted for the middle of this week,” the city said.
