Amber Heard continues to drop bombs in her long and talked-about interview with NBC: Having already revealed in the first part of the interview aired on Tuesday how much she felt the coverage of Depp's libel was biased and hostile, she now drops another bomb and declares: "I still love Johnny Depp ".
"I love him," she told interviewer Savannah Guthrie in the second part of the interview that aired last night (Wednesday) and comes two weeks after her jarring and well-publicized loss.
"I loved him with all my heart and tried as hard as I could to make a dysfunctional relationship work. I failed," she admitted, adding that a statement that managed to surprise many in light of her harsh accusations of abuse and violence on his part: "Or it's easy to understand. If you've ever loved someone, it should be something easy to understand."

Amber said she was afraid that her loss at trial would produce the "silence effect," the same byproduct that she says a lawsuit of this kind brings about in "that she takes your voice away from you."
"I'm afraid that no matter what I do, what I say or how I say it, every step I take could be another opportunity for this kind of silence," she added, admitting she feared Depp would not settle for that victory and try to sue her again in the future.
On the other hand, she shared, she does expect a life after the lawsuit, which will allow her to be a full-time mother to her one-year-old daughter without having to be more busy maneuvering conversations between lawyers.
