Yesterday, 143 new buildings were added to the list, most of them belong to Hong Kong Island, and the Central and Western District accounted for the most, accounting for 53 buildings, including 1 Fuhui Palace, Baoya Mountain, 2 Hongdu, Tenghuang Palace II and Gao Yat Wah Xuan, etc. Many are middle-class or high-end residences in prime locations.
Among the 18 districts, the second most newly-added buildings are in the Eastern District, which belongs to the same area of Hong Kong Island as the Central and Western District. There are 45 buildings on the list, including Taikoo Shing Koon Court, Braemar Hill Garden 16, Xinghua Village 13, 30, 33 and 48. Block 3 and Block 6 of Blue Bay Peninsula, etc.
