Driven head-on into a Mercedes at a red light - road closed

A Skoda driver (45) from Geretsried ignored the red traffic light in the Hohenbrunn district on Wednesday morning.
Then the accident was foreshadowed.
Hohenbrunn
– According to the police, the 45-year-old wanted to drive the Rosenheimer Landstraße in the direction of Hohenbrunn when he crossed the junction to the A99 motorway exit.
At the same moment, a 42-year-old Czech in a Mercedes and a 57-year-old man from Assling drove off the autobahn in a truck and wanted to turn onto Rosenheimer Landstraße when the sign turned green.
There was a crash.
In the accident, the Skoda collided head-on with the Mercedes.
This, in turn, slammed against the truck.
Driver slightly injured
The person who caused the accident suffered minor injuries, the damage to the vehicles totaled around 12,500 euros.
As a result, the Rosenheimer Landstraße had to be completely closed for an hour and a half.
The police did not provide any information on the length of the traffic jam.
