Sunday evening, at the end of the second round of the legislative elections, whatever the result, we will start, it has become a habit, by hearing comments on the television sets about the massive abstention.
We will give some civic lessons to all those who have not voted.
It will perhaps be said that those who do not vote have no right to complain.
It will no doubt be repeated that the range of political offerings is wide enough for everyone to find what they are looking for.
Some will propose to bring back voters, in particular young people aged 18 to 24 who three-quarters do not vote, thanks to postal voting or online voting which would save them from having to make the unbearable effort of a trip to the voting booth.
