Bavaria wants to campaign again for compulsory corona vaccination for people over 60.
At the same time, Klaus Holetschek (CSU) calls for a vaccination register.
Munich – Bavaria, together with Hesse and Baden-Württemberg, wants to start a new attempt for compulsory corona vaccination for people over 60 years of age.

Bavaria's Health Minister Klaus Holetschek (CSU) told the

that he wanted to campaign for this at the Health Ministers' Conference next week.
"I still regret that the Bundestag could not agree on compulsory vaccination," said the CSU politician.
Appeals to vaccinate are important.
"But ultimately, compulsory vaccination is the faster way out of the pandemic."

Holetschek demands corona vaccination register - "It can't be"
According to Holetschek, a vaccination register is also urgently needed.
"We urgently need a vaccination register so that we know how many people are really vaccinated".
There are official vaccination statistics according to which almost 76 percent of all people in Germany are basic immunized.
"And then the RKI comes along and says: We did a survey there.
The vaccination rate is probably around five percent higher.
This can not be."
