"Generations" is considered one of the leading players in the field of food in Israel and specializes in the development and production of frozen vegetable and seasoning products.
The company's products are also sold in the United States at more than 6,000 points of sale, in leading chains including Trader-Joe, Walmart, and Target;
And in a number of European countries that make up about half of the company's total sales.
The revenues of the company acquired in 2021 amounted to NIS 72 million.
The purpose of the move is to strengthen marketing in the international and local market, among other things, by selling and distributing the brand's products through Diplomat and taking advantage of the connection with existing food brands sold by Diplomat.
In addition, "Generations" intends to continue to develop new products and expand its production capabilities.
