The gap is big.

5,384 votes are missing for Yvan Lachaud (23.05%), candidate of the presidential majority (Horizons), to catch up with Nicolas Meizonnet (35.39%), outgoing RN deputy for the 2nd constituency of Gard which has 95,000 registered.

Starting from afar, the candidate Lachaud, deputy from 2002 to 2012 in the 1st constituency of Gard, goes around the constituency to rally to him a part of the abstainers and the voters of whom he was not the first choice last Sunday.
