A traffic accident occurred in Tsuen Wan. At 11:42 am today (16th), the police received a report that a male passer-by, about 40 years old, was hit by a lorry outside the shopping mall of Phase 1 of Tsuen Wan Centre.
According to the information at the scene, a Caritas Reha minibus was parked on the side of the road at the time of the incident, and the victim broke out between the Reha bus and the railing, intending to cross the road to chase the bus.
The victim fell to the ground, suffered severe head injuries, fell into a coma with blood covering his face, and was taken to Princess Margaret Hospital by ambulance for treatment.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
