What made you decide to write them?

In 2016, I wrote the essay

And nourishing pleasure

in the form of a call for help in the face of the desertion of kitchens by women of my generation, eager to work and earn a living.

This understandable feminist rejection of everything that brought them back to their condition as housewives disappeared with their children.

The generation of my grandchildren...
