Tarek Al-Amor, 33, is suspected of committing sexual offenses against a 9-year-old minor, as well as offenses of dismissal during interrogation and threats.
According to the indictment, filed by Advocate Hofit Kantrovich of the Southern District Attorney's Office, the complainant entered the grocery store where the defendant worked and on two different occasions, the defendant took him to the grocery store and committed indecent acts.
In one incident, after the minor felt pain and began to cry, the defendant told him not to tell his father about the incident, and even threatened to "ruin his future."
The prosecution asked the court to order the arrest of the accused until the end of the legal proceedings against him.
