The defendant, Cai Weidong (44 years old), a former "foreman" of Xinghao, was charged with three counts of conspiracy to make an agent accept an advantage and one count of an agent soliciting an advantage, contrary to Section 9(1)(a) of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance Section 9(1)(b) and Section 159A of the Crimes Ordinance.

ICAC reminds anyone who is asked for referral fee to report
