A United Nations court in the Netherlands today (Thursday) sentenced two members of the terrorist organization Hezbollah to life in prison after the two were convicted of assassinating former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri in Beirut in 2005.
Habib Marchi and Hussein Onisi were convicted of carrying out the terrorist act in which he was killed. 21 people in addition to the country's leader, by the Lebanese special tribunal set up by the UN in 2009 to investigate the assassination that agitated the country and brought it to a political collapse.
