Wonder: The ant will never touch her friend's food

In Parashat Shelach, which is recited on Shabbat in the synagogue, the Torah tells us about the spies who spoke ill of the Land of Israel.

Rabbi Josiah Pinto explained in his lesson that from this we learn that the way a person shows himself in front of others - that is how he will be thought of.

On Shabbat we read in the synagogue the Parshas Shelach where the Torah tells us about the spies who spoke ill of Eretz Yisrael and claimed that in Eretz Yisrael there are giant sons and that "and we were in our eyes like grasshoppers and so we were in their eyes".

The Admor Rabbi Yoshiyahu Pinto, the leader of Shuva Yisrael, explained in his lesson that from this we learn that the way a person shows himself in front of others - that is how they will think of him.

And so Rabbi Pinto said in detail:

In this week's parsha, the spies say after returning from spying on the Land of Israel, "And we were like grasshoppers in our eyes, and so we were in their eyes," the spies say that the inhabitants of the land saw the spies as grasshoppers.

Rashi says instead of hearing we say ants to each other. For many years we have been thinking about this Rashi, it is known that every word in Rashi is meticulously grammatically very great and Rashi repeated his commentary seven times and in the Holy Spirit Rashi said the things. The Torah says like grasshoppers, why does Rashi change and say like ants, since Rashi does not change things on his own and says something that is not exactly as the Torah says, then why does Rashi say like ants and not like grasshoppers?

But our holy rabbis say and so we were in their eyes as man sees himself in himself, so people think of him.

If a person sits with another person without self-confidence, that person will also treat him with insecurity and despise him.

If the person has self-confidence and will withstand mental strength,

And perhaps it is possible to interpret more, Sages tell us (Eruvin K :) said Rabbi Yochanan if Torah had not been given we would have had modesty from a cat and plunder from an ant. From the animals.

From the ant we would learn not to steal and trust in Gd, because whoever steals is not believing in Gd, a person steals and steals because he sees that he does not have and he does not believe he can have, so he steals.

But a person with confidence in Gd says he has no day, tomorrow Gd will give it to him.

And we see what is quoted in the Midrash (Deuteronomy 5: 2) about the ant the virtue of security in Gd.

Rabbi Tanhuma said and all her life she is nothing but wheat and half, and she gathers these, who said that he will not come and cut them down.

The ant lives six months and yet it collects a large amount of food that can support a lot of people with it from what it has collected in six months.

The ant builds its house three floors, the upper floor leaves it empty so that if it rains the food will not spoil and the lower floor the ant leaves it empty because there is dryness and mold that will not spoil the food, the middle floor keeps the food there.

And the Midrash says the ant keeps such large quantities of food even though it lives only six months, because the ant also says to Gd that it is written about me to live six months, I believe in you to repay it and I collect food because I have faith that will give me more time to live and map We see the power of

the

ant's great confidence and faith in Gd.

, And ran like a deer, and a mighty hero.

And so also when King David finished writing the book of Psalms, the Midrash (Yalkos Tehilim, Ken) says that David was pleased with him and the frog came and told him not to despise him and she says service and praise more than him and immediately King David was ashamed and silent. We asked how the frog could To come and prove King David, but man has received the power to sing and thank God "

And so we interpreted and said about the skins of the dachshunds in the construction of the Mishkan, in the Mishkan there was a special skin that covered the Mishkan from an animal called a dachshund and says the Gemara (Shabbat Kach :) a dachshund that was in the days of Moshe Beria Mishkan Vanganz.

The dachshund was a type of animal that was once created all over the world just before the Tabernacle was built.

We are asked why God did not create her in the creation of the world and created her for one moment to build the tabernacle, unless she was created in the creation of the world she also had to contribute to man the rare beauty she had and then man would spoil and reach serious things, therefore not created in world creation but only pawn.

According to this it can be clarified: the spies say "and we will be like grasshoppers in our eyes" and Rashi says like ants, the inhabitants of the land saw that the spies have the dimensions of ants, the spies will not take the land from us because everything the ant touches does not come back and take, In something the second ant will not touch it because they are not thieves. So the spies said they saw us as ants and were not afraid of us that if we touched anything and our land then the spies would not steal it and therefore were not afraid of the spies and did not catch them because they thought they would not rob the land.
