A set of four commemorative stamps themed "The 25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region", together with a souvenir sheet and related philatelic products.
Hongkong Post stated that the stamps show that "after the implementation of the "Hong Kong National Security Law" and the improvement of the electoral system, Hong Kong will return to the correct track of "one country, two systems" to maintain long-term prosperity and stability"; at the same time, the stamps also bring out the national identity of education students, and Driven by the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong will be more actively integrated into the overall development of the country, bringing huge development opportunities to young people and enterprises in the coming decades.
The Hongkong Post stated that the PLA Hong Kong Garrison has been stationed in Hong Kong since 1997. "Maintaining national sovereignty, security and development interests is an important cornerstone for maintaining Hong Kong's prosperity and stability." 37 philatelic offices open for half a day on 7.1
The official first day covers of the two stamps will be on sale from next Monday (20th) at all post offices and online shopping mall "Mail Order Network" (shopthrupost.hongkongpost.hk), and will be available at all 37 philatelic offices and "mail order" from July 1st. It will be on sale online" and will also be available at other non-philatelic offices from July 2.

Hongkong Post stated that all 37 philatelic offices across the line will be open from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on July 1, providing instant hand-stamping service for all official first day covers / commemorative covers / self-made covers with the first day of the word and local address.
In order to comply with social distancing measures and avoid crowds at post offices, all philatelic offices will also set up collection points on the same day for customers to hand in first day covers/self-made covers that require hand-stamping service.
Hongkong Post will inform customers of the collection date when receiving such hand-stamped philatelic products.
