This year, the summer holidays are under a lucky star: the corona numbers have fallen in many countries, hospital occupancy rates have largely stabilized and numerous corona regulations have been lifted again.
The Germans' desire to travel is so great that demand has almost reached the pre-corona level - which is currently pushing the aviation industry to its limits.

Entry registration & Co.: What you have to consider when vacationing in Croatia
Just a year ago, holidaymakers in Croatia had to provide proof of full vaccination, recovery or testing upon entry and give their contact details for the duration of their stay.
In the meantime, however, all corona regulations for entry have been lifted.
Since the beginning of April 2022, there is no longer a need for a digital EU Covid certificate
- there is no longer any need to register via EnterCroatia.
This means that entry is possible again as before the corona pandemic.
If you drive to Croatia by car, you don't have to take any special measures when transiting through Austria and Slovenia.
You should urgently avoid these mistakes in travel cancellation insurance

If you want to visit a museum, a restaurant or other public interiors in Croatia, you do not need
a 3G certificate
.
In public transport, in sales outlets, in guest companies, at public events and for body
-related services, it is recommended to wear a mouth and nose
protector; a mask is only compulsory for access to medical facilities, such as the Austrian automobile, motorcycle and Touring Club (ÖAMTC) informed.
Hotels and restaurants are open again as normal, curfews have been abolished.
Holidays in Croatia: what applies when you return to Germany?
Until now, vacationers aged 12 and over always had to present 3G proof when returning to Germany.
This obligation has been lifted since June 1st – at least until the end of August.
Entry rules therefore only apply to those returning from a virus variant area.
From the point of view of the Robert Koch Institute, however, none is classified as such.
