The driver of a VW Polo was caught by the police with a whole series of violations.
He's got rid of his car for the time being.
Dinslaken (North Rhine-Westphalia) – Speeding down the street with screeching tires is basically not a particularly good idea – as it is dangerous and reckless.
It's even worse when the cops see the teenage pose and it's actually better to stay under their radar (as in this case of a speeder asking a police officer to run, of all people).
The police had good dealings with the Polo driver.

Drugs, tuning, far too fast and more: Polo drivers employ the police
This is what happened in Dinslaken in North Rhine-Westphalia, where a VW Polo with two occupants attracted unpleasant attention in the after-work traffic.
"The men drove at high speed across the road in the direction of a dead end," Wesel police recorded: "The driver accelerated the car so hard that the tires spun and the engine roared loudly."
A patrol finally stopped the duo in the parking lot of a go-kart track.
The beginning of a lot of trouble for the driver.
First, the 36-year-old gave false personal details.
Quite naive, because that was immediately apparent during the review.
Then the man from Oberhausen fulfilled a stupid cliché as a native of the Netherlands – with a positive drug test.

Drugs, tuning, way too fast - and unfortunately no driver's license either
The VW Polo was tuned for this, but the technical changes were not entered in the vehicle documents.
The operating license was therefore expired, the car was seized.
The man was only ahead of the police in one respect: they couldn't take his driver's license away from him because he doesn't currently have one.
