A shooting at a restaurant in Ciudad Juárez has left four people dead and one injured.
Two armed men have entered the Denny's restaurant, located in Plaza Galería Tec, in Ciudad Juárez (Chihuahua) and have opened fire on two men and two women who were sitting near the door.
The bodies of the victims have been lying next to the table where seconds before they ate their food.
The events occurred on Thursday morning.
The two gunmen, dressed in sportswear, entered the establishment where other customers were eating and shot the victims at least 10 times.
The injured person, a real estate consultant, according to local press reports, was transferred to a private hospital by his own means.
When the shooting broke out, some of the restaurant customers took shelter in the bathroom or ran away when they heard the first shots.
So far the authorities have not issued an official statement in this regard and there are no detainees.
The attorney general of Chihuahua, Roberto Fierro, has pointed out that these types of attacks have to do with settling scores of criminal gangs.
