Stefan Spiegl is a farmer - and recently also a photo model.

Namely with the young farmer calendar.

Puchheim-Ort – The 28-year-old prevailed against more than 100 competitors in the casting for the young farmers' calendar and will be featured in the next issue.

In an interview, the Puchheimer explains how this came about.

Why did you apply for the casting?

I've lost a lot of weight and built muscle over the past few months.

We did a photo shoot with our fire brigade commander, who is a professional photographer.

That's how we came up with the idea of ​​participating in the young farmers' calendar.

The invitation came two weeks after I applied.

How does such a photo shoot work?

At first it was quite unusual.

You don't do something like that every day.

But it was more and more fun from round to round, and the nervousness went away.

Many press representatives were already there during the casting and I had to give interviews.

That, too, was quite a new experience.

Do you already know in which month you can be admired on the calendar?

No, that is not clear until now.

It's important for me that I'm on the calendar at all.

I'm a bit proud of that – and so is my family, of course.
