She wears beige petticoats printed with elegant floral patterns, an embroidered shawl and a bowler hat, the same costume, down to the last detail, as the approximately three hundred women who dance with her.
A special joy can be read on his face, as on that of the thousands of dancers in the Gran Poder parade this year.
Something imperceptible is felt in these faithful, their eyes, perhaps, which shine more than usual.
Or their more energetic dance steps?
Their brightest suits?
All these devotees of Señor Jesus de Gran Poder (Lord Jesus of Great Power), dance their faith today with particular enthusiasm and many pass in tears in front of the church hosting the image of their saint.
