The Transport Department stated at 5:23 pm that due to a traffic accident earlier, some traffic lanes of the Kwun Tong Bypass (towards Yau Tong) near the Kowloon Flour Mill were closed.

However, some traffic lanes of Kwun Tong Bypass (towards Mong Kok) near the Kowloon Flour Mill are still closed. Che Lung Mei has reached Yau Lai Village and Tseung Kwan O Road near the Tseung Kwan O Tunnel. The traffic on the upper site is congested.

Motorists are only allowed to use the remaining lanes.
