The fire of April 15, 2019 and the pharaonic reconstruction of the roof of the cathedral have not changed anything: the district of Notre-Dame (IVe) remains one of the most popular in the capital.

It is even the most expensive, ahead of Saint-Thomas-d'Aquin (7th) and Saint-Germain-des-Prés (6th), according to the latest barometer of Best Agents, which we publish.

It establishes the average price per square meter at 16,666 euros in the streets located near the famous monument, up 3.2% compared to last year.
