Paris "finds a little bit of color", the little crown looks gray
On the Ile de la Cité, up to 40,000 euros per square meter for a view of Notre-Dame
In the Hauts-de-Seine, “it is falling and it will continue to fall”
Villemomble, the city of Seine-Saint-Denis which resists the frenzy
Falling prices, future metro... in Vitry, do business at the gates of Paris
Buying a house in Évry and Grigny, a little known and yet tempting option
House with garden, triplex... five properties under 300,000 euros in the Yvelines
Brie-Comte-Robert, the small medieval town that attracts buyers and developers
Between Oise and Val-d'Oise, the border is also financial
Pontoise and its old buildings, its majestic ramparts, its view of the Oise and its secret gardens... The town undoubtedly occupies a special place on the Val-d'Oisian real estate market.
"It's the only town in the area with 2,000 years of history, you can't compare it to the others", observes Fabien Dejean of My Home Immobilier.
"We have everything here, the station that goes to Paris, good schools, shops, the Vexin not very far", abound the professionals.
Pontoise also has the reputation of being expensive.
And the numbers don't totally belie that assumption.
Would taking advantage of the charm of the old town be reserved for very wealthy clients?
