So many reasons which, according to the real estate agents met in the Hauts-de-Seine, explain the slight drop in prices suffered by the department.
According to figures from Meilleurs Agents, this drop is 0.6% over the last year, as well as over the last three months.
And this, even though we have observed a price increase of 7.5% over the last three years and 15.6% over the last five years in this department considered to be the richest in France.
