In Villemomble (Seine-Saint-Denis), the apartment market has fallen by 2.5% over the past year according to the latest Best Agents barometer.
Everywhere else in the department, however, there are increases of up to 6.3% (Noisy-le-Sec) over the past year, and up to 25% (Montreuil) over the last three years.
Villemomble, which did not obtain the extension of line 11 for a time mentioned, would it be the ugly duckling of real estate in Seine-Saint-Denis?
