"It's hotter than in Africa!" : with the heat wave, Paris is suffocating, but does not exceed 40 degrees

That's it: it's hot.

The forecasters had warned the previous days, and now, all of France realizes it.

This Saturday, the record was broken in Biarritz, where the mercury rose to 42.9°C, a temperature never reached there, in any month of the year, even during the 2003 heat wave when the mercury had stopped at 40.6°C.
