Wafa Agency quoted the Palestinian Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Authority as saying that the prisoner Khalil Awawda has exceeded his 108th day of strike, and he has spent 12 years in the occupation’s prisons amid the exacerbation of the danger to his life and his continuous suffering, while the prisoner Raed Rayan continues his strike for the 73rd consecutive day, although he cannot Walking except in a wheelchair and continues to refuse to receive any kind of support.
The authority stated that prisoner Zakaria al-Zubaidi, one of the heroes of the Freedom Tunnel, continued his strike for the 14th day in solidarity with the two prisoners, Awawda and Rayan, whom the occupation authorities refuse to transfer to the hospital in an attempt to pressure them to stop their strike.
The commission pointed out that the prisoner Abdullah Al-Barghouti has been on hunger strike for nine days, and he has entered his 20th year in the occupation prisons.
The Prisoners Affairs Authority had warned 3 days ago of the deterioration of the health status of 18 sick prisoners held by the Israeli occupation in the Ramleh detention camp, amid difficult health conditions and a lack of the minimum necessary medical ingredients, including the prisoner Rayan.
