A biker died, the driver of a pickup truck was injured.
Pfaffehofen an der Ilm – On Friday (June 17) at around 4.50 p.m. there was a serious accident on the B13.
A man from the district of Pfaffenhofen was killed.

As the police announced, the 67-year-old drove his motorcycle from Pfaffenhofen in the direction of Pörnbach.
At the same time, a 39-year-old was traveling in the opposite direction with his van.
Between Pfaffenhofen and Haimpertshofen - shortly before Haimpertshofen - the 67-year-old motorcyclist entered the oncoming lane for reasons that are still unknown.
He collided head-on with the pickup truck.

Biker dies in accident on B13 near Pfaffenhofen
"The motorcyclist suffered such serious injuries from the violent impact that he died at the scene of the accident," the police said.
The 39-year-old suffered minor injuries.
The public prosecutor's office in Ingolstadt commissioned an accident analysis report to clarify the exact course of events.
According to the police, the motorcycle was a total loss and the van suffered massive frontal damage.
Overall, the damage amounts to around 18,000 euros.
Both vehicles were no longer drivable and were towed away.
The B13 was completely closed in both directions for about 3.5 hours.
